Drain Re-lining

Understand the process
CIPP lining, or Cured-in-Place Pipe lining, is a "no-dig" technology that repairs damaged pipes by creating a new pipe within the existing one. It involves introducing a resin-impregnated liner into the damaged pipe, pressurizing it, and then curing the resin to form a new, strong inner layer. This method is used to fix leaks, prevent environmental damage, and restore structural integrity without the need for excavation

Stage 1 CCTV The Pipework

Before proceeding with the repair using a CIPP liner, it's essential to conduct a CCTV inspection of the pipework. This assessment helps determine the extent of the damage and ensures that the condition is suitable for relining. By evaluating the pipe's integrity, we can make informed decisions and ensure the repair is effective and long-lasting.

Stage 2 Pre Clean

Before we can reline any pipe, it is essential to clear it of all debris and sewage using a high-pressure jetter. This process ensures that the pipe is clean ready for relining, allowing for optimal results and longevity of the repair. Prioritizing this step is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the plumbing system.

Stage 3 Installing the liner

Once the line is clear, we can prepare and install the liner inside the clay pipe. This creates a new inner lining made of durable PVC, ensuring the pipe is smooth and free from cracks defects. We guarantee this product with a structural integrity of 50 years, providing peace of mind that the drain is now safe and free from defects.
